Dated November 10th 1959, signed by the pilot Spud Potocki. This is an unrecorded flight date according to The Air Mails of Canada and Newfoundland. The Avrocar as it was known, was a project that continued after the the infamous Avro Arrow was cancelled by the Diefenbaker Government. Sadly this project too was destined for termination in December 1961. Geoff is an avid Avro collector. The above cover is one of his recent acquisitions. A great cover from Geoff Green.
