China-Canada Joint Issue.

During Stampex 2005 in Toronto, a special joint issue celebration took place. The Chinese Consul General was very gracious to sign a limited amount of covers commemorating this event. As well, the stamp designer also signed the cover.

Stampex 2005 was a terrific event and I urge those who missed it, to plan on being at Stampex 2006.
