- Cover first sent from India House in London to Ireland.
- Then sent from Ireland back to India House.
- The letter was an Inquiry after Prize Money.
- A soldiers cut of the goods seized after a campaign in India.
- The soldier was probably killed in the battle but still entitled to a share of the spoils.
